CANCELLATION POLICY 

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR SESSION 

🌿if you are running Late, please text/call asap

🌿late arrivals will result in a shortened experience 

🌿all sessions will end at the scheduled time as not to delay other sessions

🌿If more than 15 minutes late, the session may be cancelled without refund

🌿If you need to make changes to your booking - email/text/voice-mail asap 

🌿This allows your cancelled session to be offered to another client

• All sessions and deposits must be paid upon booking.  

• Accepted method of payment: PayPal, WISE or Verified Bank Transfer

• Prior to your session, upon booking a 50% deposit is required 

• Please contact or email if a concession for payment is needed 

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice to receive a full refund or to transfer your session to a new date

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be rescheduled and 50% deposit is refundable

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments are non-refundable.  

• The full payment will be retained for lost business and will not be refunded

• By booking and participating in a session with Robyn, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full

• All services provided are spiritual, intuitive, and educational in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. 

• You understand that Robyn is not a medical doctor, nor a licensed therapist or medical healthcare provider. At your own discretion, and if needed you agree to seek advice from a qualified medical or mental health professional for any health-related concerns or treatments

• By participating in a session, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being

• You further agree that any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the session are made solely by you, Robyn holds no liability for specific outcomes

• No guarantees are made regarding the results of any session, including but not limited to healing outcomes, personal insights, or communication with loved ones or spiritual energies/entities

• All sessions are confidential, except in circumstances where there is a reasonable belief of risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case appropriate authorities or support services may be contacted

• You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, of sound mind and voluntarily choosing to participate in the session. 

• Sessions will not be conducted if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any mind-altering substances

• In cases of inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behaviour towards the practitioner, Robyn Baxter reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time, without refund

• In the event that Robyn must cancel or reschedule a session, liability is limited to the rescheduling of the appointment or a full refund of the amount paid
